Return & Refund Policy 

At Dilbaro Foods, we take great care in preparing and packing our products. Since we deal in food items, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure hygiene and quality.



Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.
  • Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted for non-defective items.
  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
  • Once the issue is verified, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only if a replacement is not possible.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Items without original packaging

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
