  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after receiving payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline (Domestic – Within India)

  • Standard delivery time is 4–7 working days depending on your location.
  • Metro cities may receive delivery earlier, while remote/rural areas may take slightly longer.
  • Any unforeseen delays due to courier partner issues, strikes, weather conditions, or natural calamities are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be mentioned on the website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp to track their order.
  • Customers can also track their orders on our website through the “Track Order” section.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • International orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We accept international payments through secure payment gateways.
  • Dilbaro Foods is not responsible for payment failures caused by technical errors at the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

4. Shipping & Delivery (International)

  • All international orders are dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery timelines range from 7–21 working days, depending on destination country, courier partners, and customs clearance.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Dilbaro Foods will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
  • Customs duties, import clearance charges, and local taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.

5. Refunds & Cancellations (International)

  • Refunds, returns, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. International banking or currency exchange delays may apply.
